Return Policy

In the unlikely event you would like to return your item you may do so within 30 days. Items must be returned in new condition in original packaging with all contents from the original shipment. For sanitary reasons, mattresses and pillows MAY NOT be returned. All Return & Exchange terms outlined below are applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect Item or Missing Parts

If your item was received damaged, you received the incorrect item or is missing components, please contact us by phone or email immediately. We will have a replacement item, the correct item, or the missing components shipped to you.  Damaged items are eligible for exchange at our expense for the item ordered.  Some damaged items may only require replacement of effected parts.

Returning Your Item

You may return your item by requesting a return merchandise authorization. Once your return has been received and processed, your qualifying credit will be issued to your original form of payment.  Shipping fees are non-refundable, if your item qualified for free shipping at the time your order was placed, the actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from your credit amount. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
